Upload Image
Enable the ability to capture and process images, including photos, screenshots, and documents with OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
What Does This Setting Do?
When enabled, USave can process images you capture or upload. This includes:
- Extracting text from images (OCR)
- Analyzing image content and generating descriptions
- Processing screenshots and documents
- Uploading images directly to your Notion pages
How to Configure
- Open the USave app and navigate to the Setup tab.
- Find the Upload Images toggle.
- Enable to activate image capture capabilities.
- Once enabled, you'll see the image input option (📷) on database cards.

📸 Take Photo
Open your camera to capture a new photo. Great for documents, whiteboards, or anything you want to save visually.
🖼️ Choose from Gallery
Select an existing image from your phone's gallery. Perfect for screenshots or photos you've already taken.
📱 Share from Other Apps
Use Android's share menu to send images directly to USave from other apps.

Tips for Best Results
- Good Lighting: Ensure text is clearly visible and well-lit for best OCR results.
- Steady Shots: Avoid blurry images by holding your phone steady or using a surface.
- Direct Angles: Photograph documents straight-on rather than at an angle.
- Image Size: Large images may take longer to process - consider compressing very large files.
